About the role

This role sits within our Client Success team and will be responsible for acting as a main point of contact for a number of our existing clients, particularly SMB, Mid-Market, Legal, Accounting and Recruitment clients of Amiqus. We are looking for someone who can proactively build strong relationships with our clients and key decision makers in a professional and efficient manner in order to generate meaningful long term relationships and identify potential process improvements, up-sell opportunities and support our clients to ensure continued success.

Key responsibilities
How you'll make an impact:
  • Own Client Relationships: Be the go-to partner for your clients, leading check-ins, business reviews, and strategic conversations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Spot and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Accurately forecast and manage your growth pipeline.
  • Lead Onboarding & Adoption: Deliver fast time-to-value and boost product adoption with tailored success plans.
  • Champion Customer Voice: Turn feedback into product insights and marketing wins. Nurture advocates for referrals and case studies.
  • Be Data-Driven: Monitor key health metrics (e.g., usage, NPS, CSAT) in HubSpot. Prioritise actions to hit retention and growth targets.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Support, Product, Marketing, and Onboarding to deliver seamless customer experiences.Your Experience.       

What we're looking for from you:
  • At least a few years in a mid-level customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Retention/expansion focus with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and/or CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset focused on outcomes and value.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in Legal Tech and/or Identity Verification.
Basic understanding of customer success frameworks (e.g., QBRs, health scoring).
